Pickup is available between 8:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to ensure you bring suitable packaging materials and strapping to safely transport your glass.

Artisan Concepts will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our store or online. We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality.
